Global Settings; changed "New Company Wizard" warning if settings changed

When clicking the "Wizard" button in Global Settings, to run the New Company wizard, a warning was given if any settings have been changed and you could not continue until "Apply" had been clicked (to update Settings). Note, some changes may be forced by finPOWER Connect and not entered by the User directly.

However, there are situations where Apply may not work, eg No Security Statement Groups defined and the default Group therefore cannot be entered.

Therefore this warning has been changed to "Settings have changed. Do you want to apply Settings now?" and the options are now Yes, No and Cancel. Clicking No will take you to the New Company wizard without having to apply changes.
