Account Calculations; Payment Due not adding into Schedule and next payment date not moving forward as expected

Under some circumstances a Payment Due transaction would not add into the Account Calculation Schedule, and the next payment date was not moving forward as expected.

This occurs when the Overdue Balance is equal to or greater than the Account's Balance on the day the payment is due.

When a Payment Due transaction is created the Overdue value is limited to the difference between the Overdue Balance and the Account Balance - this stops the Overdue Balance growing larger than the Account Balance. The Payment Due Transaction also has a Nil "Value", ie it does not affect the Account's Balance.

This could mean the Overdue value of the Payment Due transaction is Nil - and in some cases this causes the Payment Due Transaction to not be added.

Note, this may also mean the amount to be Direct Debited is missed.
