Standard Transactions; Direct Debits for "Due Immediately" Elements not always working as expected

Several changes have been made to Standard Transactions with regards to "Due Immediately" Elements and Direct Debiting.

The Account Schedule did not show anything in the "DD Value" column, even if it would be Direct Debited. Note, the "DD Value" column still shows values if the Account is not paid by Direct Debit, but the Standard Transaction is set to Due Immediately and Direct Debit immediately.

The "Direct Debit Payments(s) awaiting processing" future payment did not always show correctly for Standard Transactions, in particular when the payment was dated after the current date.
