Accounts; Payment Schedule on Payments page omitted Transactional Payments

The Payment Schedule shown on the Account form, Payments page did not include Transactional Payments.

You can define an Element as being "Due Immediately". When this is used on an ongoing Standard Transaction, an additional payment due is listed on the Account. These payments are known as Transactional Payments.

The builtin script "SummaryPage_Account_Payments" has been updated to version 1.01.
