Direct Debits; issue with final Direct Debit payment if Account is Overdue

If an Account is Overdue, the final Direct Debit payment may be incorrectly reduced by the value overdue.

For example, if the Account's regular payment is $300 and has a balance or $200 (including accruals) and an overdue of $80 then a Direct Debit will be created for $120 ($200 less $80) rather than $200.

The Direct Debit Value written to the Transaction is $120.

This has been changed so that the Direct Debit value written to the Transaction is the full payment value. In the example above this will be $300. When the Direct Debit is processed it is reduced to the Account's Balance plus Accruals, ie $200 - and therefore the Account will close as expected.

Note, in addition the "DD Value" column in the Schedule for "Quote" Accounts has been removed.
