Account Withdrawal; when committing Withdrawal fails with the message "Invalid Disbursement Payee Type"
When committing an Account Withdrawal it may fail with the message "Failed to commit Account Withdrawal. invalid Disbursement Payee Type".
This occurs when you are licensed for Disbursements (Advanced External Parties) and create a Transaction Type that is set up to use a Disbursement type element. The licence is then changed on the database to no longer have Disbursements, and this transaction type is selected when performing the Account Withdrawal.
A change has been made so if a Transaction Type is selected that is disbursed by default, and you are NOT licensed for Advanced External Parties, it ignores this default and treats it as a normal Withdrawal.
