Close Accounts wizard; behind the scenes the summary page may cause errors to be generated

The Close Accounts wizard may, behind the scenes, cause errors to be generated when building the summary page. This is not visible to the user.

This occurs when creating a summary for an Account with a status of "Pending Close", as the future schedule of transaction is calculated - and this is invalid for a "Closed" or "Closed Pending" Accounts.

Not this error is only visible in the Debug window, and will show two error lines, "Cannot calculate an existing schedule for a 'Closed' Account." and "Cannot calculate existing Account."

The built-in script updated is "SummaryPage_AccountAutomaticClose_CloseSummary".
