Running Account Processes for Workflows.

If a range of Workflows is entered it errors with "Failed to open DataTable. Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression."

The workflow range was being added incorrectly to the SQL query.
