Parameter Sets; Parameter Set Type has been removed
Parameter Sets no longer have a 'Parameter Set Type' that can be entered.
Previously, this could be: General, User Interface and User Interface Web. The only type now available is 'General'.
When entering Parameters for a Parameter Set, the 'User Defined Index' can now always be specified regardless of whether the Parameter Set will be used for the entry of details that can be mapped to a User Defined field, e.g., Client User Defined fields.
