Database Open; new Permission Key to stop a User opening a Database in Exclusive mode

A new Permission Key has been added to stop a User opening a Database in Exclusive mode.

The new Permission Key is "Database.OpenExclusiveMode".

Note, because of the sequence of events the user will still see the option to open exclusively, but if they try to do so an error will occur upon opening the database - and the database is immediately closed. This is because Permission Keys are stored in the database and related to Users, so until the User has logged into the database it cannot be determined if they can open the database Exclusively.

In addition, the message displayed when opening a database that is already in exclusive mode now shows the Windows User as well as finPOWER User.

Note, a User Policy can also be used to deny exclusive access to the database. To make this condition clearer the message displayed has been updated to "User Policy does not allow Databases to be opened in Exclusive mode.".
