Securities Register Add-On; Security Statements; Security Items form(AU); PPSR page greyed out for some of the Security Types.

If the Security Item has a Security Type Class that is 'Not Applicable' then the PPSR page on the Action Panel will be greyed out but the page can still be displayed (but all controls are disabled) as the user may change the Security Type to a type that is applicable to be registered.
