Accounts form; Standard Transactions page, Standard Transactions drilldown form; Not obfuscating Account Numbers

If the user doesn't have the permission 'Banking.ShowUnmaskedAccountDetails' the Bank Account/ Credit Card number was displayed when the form was in read-only mode.
The Bank Account/ Credit Card number is now obfuscated when in read-only mode if the user doesn't have the above permission.
