Lookup form not always scrolling 'Quick Found' row into view

The Lookup form used in reports and wizards, e.g., to lookup a list of Accounts, was not always scrolling the 'Quick Found' row into view.

This would happen in the following circumstances:

1. The found row was close to the bottom of the list.
2. The found row was already the active row but was not visible on-screen, e.g., the User had used the grid's scrollbars to scroll the row off screen.
