Reporting; Workflow Details report now use simplified parameters if run from Workflows form

The Workflow Details report now use simplified parameters if run from the Workflows form. All record filters apart from the main filters (e.g., a range of Workflows) are excluded.

The Details report can now be run from the Workflows form without a record being loaded (although not when in edit mode). In this case, the full details report will be shown.
