New Accounts; if a payment is due on the same day it is opened, the payment due is now processed when the Account is opened

If a payment is due on the date an Account is opened, either as an upfront payment or simply because the first payment was moved, it is now processed immediately (and automatically).

This is especially important if that payment is Direct Debited. Previously, the user had to manually run Account Processes after the Account was opened, otherwise they would miss the Direct Debit on the date opened and it would be processed the next day - which means the Account would not match the original schedule.

Note, you still have to make sure Direct Debits are run, and exported, after an account is added.
