Bank Lodgements; may not be able to select correct Bank Account Service if more than one exists for Bank Account

In the Bank Lodgements wizard the Bank Account Service dropdown is unpredictable if more than one Service exists for the Bank Account and the services and not in alphabetical order.

As a workaround, on the Bank Account form, Export Services page, move Services so they are in alphabetical order.
