Statements; Revising Statement frequency to a Monthly or Yearly cycle fails

Revising an Account's Statement frequency to a Monthly or Yearly cycle without a day of month fails with a message like "Failed to update Account Statement cycle. Invalid Statement Cycle. 'Month' date cycles must include a Day of Month. For example, instead of simply entering 'Monthly', enter 'M20' for 'Monthly on day 20'.".

The Account Statement change wizard now warns you that it will add the day of month to the frequency if you do not specify a day of month. If you accept it uses the day of month on the "Next Date" to determine the day of month and adds this to the statement cycle.
