Invoicing; opening Invoice may cause a Runtime error 5

A Runtime error 5, "Illegal function call. (SQL Table not defined)" may occur when drilling down to the Invoicing form.

To recreate:

1. Under Tools, Options, User tab may show the "Show large database dropdown lists?" is unchecked.
2. Open an Arrangement with an existing Invoice.
3. Click the "Invoices" button, on the right hand side of the form, to open a list of Invoices for the Arrangement.
4. Drilldown, ie double click, on an Invoice.
5. The Invoicing form starts loading and then the error occurs.

A workaround for this is to check the "Show large database dropdown lists?" under Tools, Options, User tab.
