New Account wizard, Other page; May have displayed incorrect Payment Method when using multiple Entities

The New Account Wizard may have displayed incorrect Payment Methods when using multiple Entities.

This was happening when changing the Branch to a Branch from another Entity. The Payment Methods were not refreshed to display the Payment Methods for the new Entity.
