Reporting; Details reports now use simplified parameters if run from record form

Details reports, e.g., the Client Details report now use simplified parameters if they are run from the record form (e.g., the Clients form). All record filters apart from the main filters (e.g., a range of Clients) are execluded.

The Details report can now be run from the record form without a record being loaded (although not when in edit mode). In these cases, the full details report will be shown.
