Trace functionality updated

Trace functionality (including Script Debugging via finBL.DebugPrint) has been updated with the following changes:

The Debug textbox on the Script form now limits its size to 32768 characters after which text will be truncated from the beginning.

A finBL.DebugClear method has been added. Note that this clears the internal collection but will not affect was is displayed in the Debug textbox or Trace grid.
