Account Calculations; Account Type "Align first Interest date to first Payment date" option not always working as expected

The Account Type option "Align first Interest date to first Payment date" was not always working as expected.

There was an optimisation that ignored this setting if the first payment period was "Standard" and the Payment and Interest Cycles are the same.

However, there is one case where this optimisation does not work, and therefore it has been removed.

If the Account opens on the last day of a month and the payment and interest cycles are both "End of Month" then the resulting calculation schedule is not as expected. This is because the optimisation ignored the setting and therefore the first date that interest is charged is the date the Account was opened, as it is an end of month. The first Payment is not until the next end of month.
