If the Service selected has no pre-configured rules the following message was displayed:

'Failed to add default Import Rules to Banking Service.

No default Import Rules are defined for Banking Service 'XXX''


If pre-configured rules exist for the selected service then instead of displaying the above message, the form to add the service will open and the user can continue to add the service.

The notes will default to 'Created by' instead of 'Created and automatically configured by'
