If there is no record loaded then nothing is displayed in the Accounting Ledger Summary

If an existing record is loaded that has no Accounting Ledgers(or no item selected) then the Account Summary is displayed and a message 'No Accounting Ledgers entered' is displayed in the item details.

If an existing record is loaded with an item selected then the Account Summary and item details are displayed.
