External Parties Add-On; Reports; Account Exception Report; Error when grouping by Dealer Employee

When grouping by Dealer Employee the following error occurred:

'Key does not exist in collection'.

Grouping by Broker Employee was not working; the only group printed was for 'No Broker Employee'.
