Securities Register PPSR Add-On; NZ Databases; PPSR cut off the leading zero in the Company Number

Registering a Security Statement where the client is a company and the company number has a leading zero (e.g. 0897647) the zero is removed by the PPSR so when a compare was performed to compare the Financing Statement details in finPOWER Connect with the Financing Statement details held by the PPSR, a message was displayed advising the company number differs.

The PPSR NZ also updates the company name to the name on the company register so if this differs then a message will be displayed advising the user may wish to update the Clients Legal name.
