Account Interest Rate; add column in Client form and Account Trial Balance Report

The Client form, Account page grid now includes two new columns "Interest Rate" and "Current Interest Rate". The "Current Interest Rate" column shows the Interest Rate applicable today, whilst the "Interest Rate" column shows the last noted Interest Rate applicable to the Account.

Note, these columns are not shown by default.

The Account Trial Balance Report now includes two new optional columns "Interest Rate" and "Current Interest Rate" as above.
