Workflows; Workflow Type items can now be generated based upon Account Client flags

Workflow Type items can now be generated based upon the following Account Client flags:
Signatory
Send Mail
Security Party (if licensed for the Security Register Add-On)

Each of these flags can be filtered based on their value, either 'True' or 'False'. If the filter is left at it's default of 'None' then no filtering will occur on this flag.
