Client Groups; Entering non-numeric value in Statistics grids causes validation error and grid will no longer accept a valid value

Entering a non-numeric value in Statistics grids on the Client Groups form causes validation error and grid will no longer accept a valid value of zero.

This was due to zeros being blanked out for clarity. Now, when in edit mode, values of zero are always displayed in the Value column and only hidden when not editing.
