Account Calculations; Transactions with an "Opening" cycle now support "Due Immediately" option

Various changes have been made to finPOWER Connect in regards to using "Opening" and "Due Immediately" settings for new Account Transactions.

1. When a "Cost" Element is saved it now clears the "Due Immediately" flag - previously this was only disabled on the Admin, Elements form.

2. Account Types now allow Standard Transactions with Elements of type "Fee" and "Journal" to use "Opening" and "Refinance" cycles.

3. "Opening" Account Transactions now support the Element's "Due Immediately" flag. Note, this only applies to "Fee" and "Journal" element types.

Note, this undoes changes made in knowledgebase article #9286.
