Workflows; Item Groups now have a status of 'Open' rather than 'Not Started' if any items within the group have been actioned
Workflow Item Groups now have a status of 'Open' rather than 'Not Started' if any items within the group have been actioned.
Previously, the Item Group status was always 'Not Started' until the Item Group was either completed, skipped or flagged as not applicable.
NOTE: The contents of the Status field on the WorkflowItem table will still indicate an Item Group has a Status of 'Not Started' for older records. The business layer finWorkflowItem.Status property will always return the expected value of 'Not Started' or 'Open'.
