Cash Registers; amended logic for determining which Payment Methods a Cash Register is applicable for

The logic for determining which Payment Methods a Cash Register is applicable to has been changed.

Previously the Cash Register field was shown when the Payment Method was attached to an Export Service that was a Lodgement.

Now the Cash Register field is shown if the Payment Method is:

1. Cash (both inwards and outwards).
2. Inwards Cheque.
3. Any other type that is attached to a 'Lodgement' Export Service.
