Advanced Banking Add-On; Option to make Cash Registers Mandatory

Bank Accounts form, General page.
A new option 'Require Cash Register' has been added.
If this is checked then it will make entry of a Cash Register mandatory for Payment Methods that use a Cash Register.

This option affects the following forms:
Account Payment
Account Refund
Account Withdrawal
Account Close
Bank Entry
Edit Bank Transaction
