Actioning a Workflow item that closes a group does not always run automatic items from next group

Actioning a Workflow item that closes a group does not always run automatic items from the next group.

This is because automatic items are only run if the current Workflow Item is being actioned. Actioning an item in a non-sequential group that is not the current (green) item did not therefore run automatic items once the group was closed.

This behavior has been changed for the following Outcome Actions:
Complete Item Group with Outcome
Repeat Item Group
Skip to Item Group
