Workflows; Workflow Item form truncates Workflow Item Code

When viewing a Workflow Item, the Workflow Item form truncates the Workflow Item Code to 10 characters.

When entering a Workflow Type Item, the Code is limited to 10 characters but this code can be up to 25 characters for Workflow Items to account for Code that have a record Id (e.g., a Client Id) appended.
