Documents; Email and SMS Documents can now use a Script event to generate their content

A new Script event 'GenerateMessage' can be used to generate the content of a log-based Email or SMS Document.

The Script can override or enhance the default Subject and Message text defined on the Document (or the Workflow Item) and can also set a flag to indicate that Account-based Documents should be personalised on a per-Client basis.
