Account form, Transaction page; Bank Transaction View drilldown; Edit Payment Details; the Payment Method could be changed to a Payment Method from an inactive Bank Account.

When editing a Payment transaction the Payment Method could be changed to a Payment Method from an inactive Bank Account.

The Payment Method drop down now excludes Payment Methods from 'Inactive' Bank Accounts.

This also applies to the Payment Method on the following forms:
Account Payment
Account Refund
Account Withdrawal
Account Close
Bank Entry

The Payment Method Global Collection.
If the Bank Account is not Active then the Global Collection Payment Method 'Active' flag will be set to False, otherwise it will be set to the Active property from the Payment Method.
