Running an Action Script incorrectly shows an 'Add to Queue' button

Running an Action Script that allows parameters to be entered incorrectly shows an 'Add to Queue' button on the last page of the wizard. Clicking this button opens a form behind the Action Script wizard resulting in neither the Action Script wizard or the new form being able to be closed.
