New Account wizard; Financial summary displays error

In the New Account wizard, after clicking Calculate, the Financial summary page may display the error "Value was either too large or too small for a Decimal.".

This occurs because the Comparison Rate caused an overflow type error and this was not trapped properly. This normally only occurs if the Loan Advance has not been entered and the initial Term is short (eg 1 Year) and then the Term is changed to a longer period.

Note, sometimes this error does not appear, but instead the Comparison Rate always shows as 0.
