Database Purge wizard; added Purge of Service Logs

Database Purge wizard.
1. Service Logs, Clear Response
This will clear out the response and extended data for the following service request types:
Service Request Type
PPSRG2B.NZ PPSR_SEARCH
PPSRG2B.NZ PPSR_SEARCH_DETAILS
PPSRB2G.AU SearchRegistration
PPSRB2G.AU RetrieveRegistrationHistoryDetail

The service log data will not be cleared if the Service Log is attached to an Account Log, Client Log, Security Stmt, Security Stmt Log, Security Item, Security Item Log, Mailbox Item or User Log.

2. Purge Service Logs.
This will delete Service Logs created on or before the date entered.
The service log data will not be deleted if the Service Log is attached to an Account Log, Client Log, Security Stmt, Security Stmt Log, Security Item, Security Item Log, Mailbox Item or User Log.
