Attaching Documents to Logs can now copy files to Document Manager folder

Two new Global Settings have been added to the Document Manager, General page. These allow Documents to be automatically copied to the Document Manager folder structure upon saving a Log. By default, when saving a Log, the User will be prompted to copy the file but by setting the Global Setting to automatically copy files, no prompt will be given unless overwriting an existing file.
