Securities Register Add-On; A new menu option has been added to run the Debtor/Grantor Advice

Global Settings, Securities, General page
A new setting has been added to enter the Debtor/Grantor Advice Document Id.

New Zealand Databases.
If a document is defined in the new Global Setting, a menu option 'Debtor Advice' will be added to the Security menu.

Australian Databases.
If a document is defined in the new Global Setting, a menu option 'Grantor Advice' will be added to the Security menu.

The menu option will only appear if the database is not in read-only mode (as the document creates a log and updates the Debtor Status) and the user has permission to print the document.
