New Company Wizard; Global Settings; GL and Accounting page; Export Type

1. The New Company Wizard was creating an Export type but no Export file so when the user first went into Global Settings to amend anything, Global Settings would not save as the Export file name was mandatory.
This will now default the Export Type to None.

2. Global Settings; GL and Accounting page; Export Type
If the Export Type is none then the File Name is not a mandatory field.
If the Export Type is not None then the File Name/Database Name is mandatory.
