Securities Register Add-On; Security Stmt/ Security Item form; Debtor/ Grantor Status; button to print Debtor Advice

Global Settings, Securities, General page
A new setting has been added to enter the Debtor/Grantor Advice Document Id.

New Zealand Databases.
A button has been added to the Security Statement form, Debtor Advice control, to allow printing of the Debtor Advice directly from this form.
This will print the document defined in the new Global Setting.
This button will be enabled if the status is 'To Be Advised'.

Australian Databases.
A button has been added to the Security Item form, Grantor Advice control, to allow printing of the Grantor Advice directly from this from.
This will print the document defined in the new Global Setting.
This button will be enabled if the Grantor Status is 'To Be Advised'.

The print button will only appear if the database is not in read-only mode (as the document creates a log and updates the Debtor Status) and the user has permission to print the document.
