Export Bank Transaction; various minor enhancements

The Export Bank Transaction wizard has been enhanced as follows:

1. The Transfer date can now be amended when creating a new Export. It can also now only be a valid banking day.

2. Re-export now warns the user that it is not recommended to change the Transfer date.

3. Re-export Transfer date is now defaulted from the original export details. Previously it defaulted as today.
