User Preferences; option to exclude Account Web Mail Logs should apply to Clients, not Accounts
Under the User Preferences form, Accounts section, General page, there was an option to 'Exclude Web Mail Logs'. This settings was incorrect since Web Mail applies to Clients, not Accounts.
The User Preferences form has been updated, as has the finSettingsUser business layer object.
