End of Year Transfer Rules; when Description left blank emPOWER populates field with standard text but not saved to database.
When entering new End of Year Transfer Rules the description field defaults to standard text. If this is not changed the text is not saved to database.
The result will be an invalid use of Null warning when next revising EOY transfers.
