New Account wizard; not saving "Interest on Interest" setting

The "Interest on Interest" setting is not saved for an Account. It is always checked, therefore you cannot make an Account's Interest "Principal Only".

Note, in the New Account wizard you can uncheck this setting and see how the Account figures are calculated. But when saved this option is unchecked, and therefore the current Financial Schedule is incorrect.
