FromXml method now checks version number
The FromXml business layer methods for the following objects now check the version number of the XML to avoid any issues Users might have attempting to use newer data on older version of finPOWER Connect:
Workflows (finWorkflowOutcomeItems)
Update Requests (finUpdateRequests - currently only used by the Web Interface)
