Report Templates; AfterParametersInitialise and AfterParametersFinalise Script events not being called

Report Templates with an events Script defined were not calling the AfterParametersInitialise and AfterParametersFinalise events in the Script.

Note: These events are only called when running the Report from the User Interface.
